Terms of Service

By using Yaziio you agree to the following terms.
1. The service
Yaziio is software that aims to reply to comments and direct messages received by Instagram professional accounts using rules and AI assistance, show conversation history and provide sales-routing flows. The service is currently in limited/private access and is under development; most of the features described here are not live yet.
2. Account and authorization
You may use Yaziio only for an Instagram account you are authorized to manage. Once account connection goes live, you will grant access on Instagram's authorization screen and will be able to revoke it at any time from your Instagram settings.
3. Acceptable use
- Spam, deceptive, unlawful, hateful or harassing messages are prohibited,
- Sending unsolicited messages to people who have not interacted with the account is prohibited,
- You are responsible for complying with the Meta/Instagram Platform Terms and Community Guidelines,
- Collecting other people's data unlawfully or abusing the service is prohibited.
4. AI-generated replies
Once reply generation is live, replies may be drafted by AI and may contain errors. The account owner is responsible for the accuracy of rules and content. Yaziio will state prices and commitments only from information approved by the account owner and will hand the conversation to a human when unsure.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, including interruptions, limits or policy changes originating from Instagram/Meta.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Termination
Once account connection goes live, you may stop using Yaziio at any time by removing the Instagram connection. We may suspend or end use that violates these terms.
8. Privacy
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the GDPR Notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
