AI and Automation Disclosure

When you message an account that uses Yaziio, we want you to know the following.

Automated assistant

Yaziio is currently in development and does not yet send replies to any comment or message. Once automatic replies go live, an automated assistant may reply to your comment or message. We will state this clearly at the start of a conversation; the assistant will not claim to be a human and will answer truthfully if you ask whether it is an AI.

Reaching a human

Once automatic replies go live, you will be able to write "I want to talk to a human" at any time. Conversations the assistant is unsure about, complaints and sensitive topics will be handed over to the account owner.

Limits (design principles)

• Prices, dates and course information will come only from sources approved by the account owner; the assistant will not make them up,
• Replies may contain mistakes; verify information before important decisions,
• The assistant will only write to people who interact with the account and will not send unsolicited bulk messages.

Your data and AI

Once reply generation is live, your message may be sent to Anthropic's AI model (Claude) to draft a reply and determine the topic of a message; today no message is sent to an AI model. Yaziio does not use your messages to train its own models. The provider's data handling is governed by its own terms. Details: Privacy Policy.
